This is how your order process works
Photo upload and data collection
Send us your photos (front and side view) as well as full-body shots.
Ideally in the desired pose.
Upload directly during the ordering process or later in the customer area.
Specify particular details such as clothing, hairstyle, or distinctive features. The more precise your information and images are, the more lifelike the final result of your individual figure will be.
Advice and style selection
You will receive feedback from us on your designs within a short time. We will advise you on choosing the right style (e.g., comic look or photorealistic) and material, such as high-quality resin for maximum detail or multi-color printing. Together, we will determine the desired size and pose.
Digital 3D modeling
Our experienced 3D artists create a highly detailed digital model from your photos. We use professional, high-end software such as Blender and ZBrush to precisely refine proportions and facial features. You will receive a digital proof for review and approval before we begin printing.
Digital download
Available immediately as a download.
If you only need the digital design, we will provide your project in the common formats: .STL, .FBX, .OBJ or with support structures in .3mf .
Ready-to-Print: Our .3mf files are already optimized for printing, including necessary support structures (drag-and-drop).
Customer portal: Receive your download link conveniently via email or directly in your personal customer area – no shipping time, ready to use immediately.
3D printing & finishing
Once approved, the figure will be manufactured using high-precision, full-color 3D printers or high-quality resin. Depending on the chosen version, manual finishing will be applied.
Resin figures are carefully sanded, and our artists use fine brushstrokes to give hand-painted figures lifelike eyes and natural skin tones. Finally, they are sealed and securely packaged.
Each item undergoes a manual quality control check before being shipped via insured DHL.
Please send us your photos after placing your order. Ideally, a photo in the desired pose is best, but it's not mandatory.
For optimal results, we need a photo from the front, the side, and (if possible) the back. The sharper and better lit the images are, the more precisely we can transfer the features into the digital 3D model.
Protecting your privacy is extremely important to us. We use your photos solely for creating your figure. Once the order is complete, all personal image data is permanently deleted from our local systems. It will never be shared with third parties.
Yes, for personalized busts and pet statues, we send you a digital view of the 3D model before printing. At this stage, we can still make minor adjustments to ensure the aesthetics meet your expectations.
This is where our high-end SLA printing comes into play. Only this process allows us to reproduce the "museum-quality aesthetic" and the smallest details, such as facial features or fur textures, with a layer thickness of just 0.025 mm . We use our own resin blend to ensure your memory is safely preserved.

SLA printing
Application: Highly detailed figures and statues, small cases, rings, jewelry
Unlike conventional FDM printing, our SLA process produces a smooth surface that almost achieves injection molding quality . With a minimum layer thickness of 0.025 to 0.05 mm, even the finest details on faces, armor, or jewelry become visible, details that would otherwise be lost.
Many resin-printed figures are brittle and fragile.
However, we use our own blend of resins that specifically combines elasticity with enormous impact resistance . The result is models that are not only highly detailed, but also robust and durable.

Small pieces can still break off if you drop a statue! They are not indestructible.

Standard Resin: The ideal choice for delicate models and design studies where every tiny detail counts.
ABS-like: Combines extreme precision with increased robustness and elongation.
Tough: Offers similar precision to ABS-like, but is very flexible – perfect for parts that require some flexibility.
We can produce one-piece models up to a size of 20 x 10 x 22 cm . Larger statues are created using precise multi-part printing, where the individual parts are seamlessly assembled.
To achieve museum-quality and stability, each piece undergoes a multi-stage process: It is cleaned in special solutions ( washing ) and then finally cured under controlled UV light ( hardening ). Only in this way can we guarantee a secure feel and long-lasting aesthetics.
UV Light & Post-Curing: Our special resin mixture is extremely impact-resistant. However, unpainted resin parts can become brittle and harden over time if exposed to prolonged, direct sunlight. We recommend a UV-protective varnish for display pieces in windows or gardens.
Cleaning: Clean your statues only with a dry, soft brush. Harsh cleaning agents can damage the delicate surface.
Paintability: All SLA parts can be painted perfectly with acrylic paints after a light priming.

Tips for best results : Use good lighting to avoid shadows. Make sure the subject is centered and fills most of the image. Avoid blurry or low-resolution images. If certain details (e.g., outfit, accessories) are important, make sure they are visible, or describe the clothing the figure should wear. Images are stored securely and used exclusively to create your personalized 3D figure.
You have full control to view, modify, or delete your images at any time via the customer portal.
Once your order is complete, all reference images will be deleted from our customer portal.
Other data :
Personal information (e.g. name, address) will be used to process your order and passed on to our trusted shipping partners for international shipping.
All data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
To place your order : Choose your product digitally or physically. At checkout, add a note with your desired outfit, pose, or other details (e.g., "Wedding dress, standing pose with hands on hips").
Upload reference images : Upload your front, side, and back photos via the order process or the customer portal. If additional images or details are required, we will notify you by email with clear instructions.
Model creation : Our team uses your reference images and notes to design a detailed, lifelike 3D model. The model is optimized for 3D printing, ensuring realistic proportions and high-quality results.
Delivery : Digital files : You will receive a download link via email or can download it directly from our customer portal . Physical PLA miniature : Your figure will be printed in high-quality PLA and securely shipped to your address worldwide.
After ordering : Reference images will be deleted from our system after the order is completed. You can access your customer portal at any time to manage uploaded images or purchases.
