Are purchases excluded from exchange?
We cannot accept returns for certain items, such as custom-made products and personalized models/figures/statues. These are carefully marked before purchase.
When will I receive my order?

Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in Darmstadt (Germany) by PrintableArtForge itself. To ensure that our products are of high quality and fairly priced, we constantly strive to integrate new technologies and improve workflows.
How much are the shipping costs?

What is the difference between FDM and SLA 3D printing?
FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) and SLA (Stereolithography) are two different 3D printing technologies. FDM melts plastic filaments and layers them on top of each other – ideal for robust, functional parts. SLA uses UV light to cure liquid resin and produces finer details with a smoother finish. How does the creation of personalized 3D figures from photos work?
You upload your photos and we use advanced software to create a 3D model of your photo by hand. Your wishes and changes are taken into account to create an authentic model. The model is then optimized and prepared for 3D printing. The result is a unique, personalized figurine that represents you or your loved ones – perfect as a gift or collector's item.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide! We work with reliable international shipping partners such as DHL to deliver your order safely. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your destination country. You will receive an accurate shipping cost calculation before purchase and can track the status of your order at any time.
What makes your hand-painted statues special?
Each hand-painted statue is painted with great care by our talented artists. We use high-quality, durable paints and pay attention to every detail—from fine facial features to intricate patterns. Each statue is unique and bears the artistic signature of our painters. The result is a truly one-of-a-kind work of art.
How long will it take to produce my order?
Production time depends on the complexity of your project. Simple 3D prints usually take up to 3 business days, while personalized figures and orders can take up to 14 business days. How long does shipping take after production?
- Germany: 2-5 business days after receipt of payment/production
- International (worldwide): 7-22 business days after receipt of payment/production
