What I take on
Prototypes
Functional and visual prototypes in resin or filament. Iterations within days, not weeks.
Small series
10 to 500 pieces. Beyond that I will tell you honestly that injection moulding is cheaper.
Trade fair & display models
Scale models, product replicas, eye-catchers. Hand-painted where it matters.
Awards & trophies
Individual pieces or a set for a ceremony, with engraving and finishing.
Architectural & product models
From STEP or STL. Multi-part printing for anything above 30 cm.
Spare & special parts
Discontinued parts, fixtures, jigs. Reverse engineering from a sample on request.

How it works
Four steps. No portal, no account, no forms you fill in twice.
You send the request
File or sketch, quantity, deadline. If you have no file yet, a photo and dimensions are enough to start.
You get a quote
Within 24 hours on working days. Fixed price, fixed date, no per-hour surprises.
Optional sample print
For a series I recommend one sample first. It settles every question about material and finish in one go.
Production & delivery
Shipping or pickup in Darmstadt. Invoice with the delivery.

Send the key information and you get a feasibility review and a quote back. Files stay with me, are used for your job only and are deleted on request.
Business questions
Do you work with purchase orders and invoices?
Yes. Business customers pay on invoice, 14 days net. For first orders above €1,000 I ask for 50% up front.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes, before you send any files. Tick the box in the form and I will send you mine, or sign yours.
What happens to my files?
They are used for your job and nothing else. They are deleted 90 days after delivery unless you ask me to keep them for reorders.
Do you do reverse engineering?
For simple geometry yes — send the part and I will measure and model it. For complex freeform surfaces I will tell you it is not worth it.
How small is too small a job?
There is no minimum. A single prototype is fine. Below about €80 the setup makes it inefficient for both of us, and I will say so.
Do you ship outside Germany?
Yes.
Shipping to Germany costs 5.99 EUR, free over 50 EUR, and your order arrives by our specified date.
