Shipping area
We currently ship within Germany only. More countries are planned.
Shipping costs

Shipping costs are stated on every product page and shown separately again before you complete your order.
Delivery time
2 to 7 working days in total (Monday to Friday):
- Processing: 1 to 3 working days. Orders received on a working day by 14:00 (CET) enter processing the same day.
- Transit: 1 to 4 working days from handover to DHL.
Personalised work takes longer to make; the expected delivery time is stated on the product page and starts when you approve the 3D preview.
Carrier and tracking
We ship with DHL. As soon as your order leaves the workshop you receive a shipping confirmation by email including a tracking number.
Packaging
Hand-painted statues and figurines are packed carefully with protective material so they survive transport undamaged.
Transport damage
If a parcel arrives damaged, please contact support@printableartforge.com with photos of the packaging and the product. The sooner we know, the easier it is to settle with DHL — ideally within a few days. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly, at no cost to you.
This is expressly not a deadline: your statutory rights remain fully intact even if you contact us later.
