We ship all orders with DHL.

Processing time

As a rule, processing your order takes 1-3 working days after receipt of payment. For payments in advance, the processing time begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution or, for other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the last day of the deadline. If the last day of the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, such a day will be replaced by the next working day.

  • Canada: 5-11 business days
  • USA: 5-11 business days
  • Australia: 8-17 business days
  • New Zealand: 10-20 working days
  • International (worldwide): 5-20 business days
The delivery time begins after processing time. If the last day of the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, such a day will be replaced by the next working day.

Shipping costs for small packages

The shipping costs are €13.99 per order, maximum 1kg. All packages above this will be sent as a large package.

Unfortunately, due to "customs regulations", we are not allowed to ship small packages to the USA! Therefore higher shipping costs.

The shipping costs will be displayed transparently in your shopping cart and at checkout before you complete your order.

Tracking

After shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your shipment at any time.

Delivery

Delivery will be made to the delivery address you provided. Please make sure the delivery address is correct and complete. If you don't arrive, DHL will usually notify you with information about collection or redelivery.

Partial deliveries

Partial deliveries are permitted as long as this is reasonable for you.
