What information do you need for a quote?

To create a precise calculation, I need:

  • A rough description of the project (intended use).
  • Dimensions or a dimensioned sketch (PDF/JPG).
  • If available, existing 3D data (STL/OBJ/STEP).
  • Information about the desired surface (e.g. hand-painted in gold/bronze or raw for DIY).
What types of custom requests are possible?

Basically, almost anything is possible. You just need an idea!

Common projects include:

Which printing method is suitable for my custom order?

It depends on your project:

  • FDM Printing: Perfect for technical components, housings or large objects up to 40 x 40 x 40 cm.
  • SLA Printing: The choice for maximum detail, jewelry, rings, filigree statues or figures
What if my idea is not on the list?

That's not an obstacle. Simply contact me via the provided contact form. We will then plan the implementation of your specific idea together.
Do you design the model for me?

Yes! I create a print-ready model based on your photos or sketches and coordinate the design with you before printing.
How long does it take to implement a custom order?

Since custom orders go through an individual process from planning to finishing, please allow some extra time. As a rule, you will receive an initial quote within 24–48 hours. The production time varies depending on the effort and will be individually specified in the quote.

Technical models can usually be implemented within a few days.

For personalized figures, please be patient, as this can take 2-6 weeks.
Data Protection

Your ideas and data are safe with us. All uploaded photos or construction data are treated strictly confidentially, used only for your order and reliably deleted after the project is completed.

Conditions are:
You have all rights to the photos and digital files.
The customer assures that he has all necessary rights to the provided files and that their use does not violate any third-party rights (in particular copyrights, personality rights). The customer indemnifies the seller from all claims by third parties resulting from the violation of these rights.

(1) All 3D designs created by the seller remain the property of the seller. The customer acquires exclusively the right to private use of the digital file or the physical product.

(2) Reproduction, distribution or commercial use of the designs is not permitted without express written consent of the seller.
