Withdrawal instructions

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier named by you, took possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods in one order which are delivered separately, the period starts on the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier named by you, took possession of the last of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post, or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form for this, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs (§ 312g(2) No. 1 BGB). This covers:

• personalised 3D figurines and busts made from your photographs,
• custom work made to customer specification.

Hand-painted statues and figurines from our standard range are not covered by this; for them the right of withdrawal applies without restriction.

Until you approve the 3D preview you may cancel a personalised order voluntarily and free of charge. That is an additional courtesy and does not affect the statutory exclusion.

How a return works in practice

1. Declare your withdrawal — by email to support@printableartforge.com or using the form below.
2. Get a return label — conveniently through the DHL returns portal. You pay for the label directly to DHL according to their current price list (currently from about €6 for a domestic parcel up to 2 kg). You may also return the goods with a different carrier.
3. Send it back — well packed, ideally in the original packaging, to the address above.
