When is there no right of withdrawal?
For individually manufactured products according to customer specifications
(Section 312g Para. 2 No. 1 BGB) the right of withdrawal expires. This concerns:
- Personalized 3D figures based on photo
- Wedding cake figures based on individual photos
- Personalized pet portrait figurines
- Busts and statues based on customer photos
Production only begins after you approve the 3D preview.

Please return the goods within 14 days of cancellation.
We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receipt of the return
on the same payment method.
