When Strength Meets Precision: Our FDM Solutions for Real Loads

What level of accuracy does FDM printing offer for technical parts?

We manufacture your components with a precision of approximately +/- 0.2 mm. This is ideal for housings, brackets, and mechanical components where reliable functionality is paramount.

How fine is the surface structure?

The minimum layer thickness is between 0.1 and 0.14 mm. While FDM typically shows a slight line structure, this fine resolution provides a high-quality feel and excellent detail accuracy that meets our aesthetic standards.

Which material is the right one for my replacement part?

We offer a targeted selection based on your requirements:

  • PLA+: When you need maximum stiffness and precision for concept models without high thermal load.
  • PETG: The perfect all-rounder for outdoor use – weather-resistant, chemically resistant, and food-safe.
  • ASA/ABS: The first choice for industry and automotive. ASA is UV-resistant (no fading), while ABS is the impact-resistant industrial standard.
  • PC (Polycarbonate): Our high-performance plastic for extreme heat and impact resistance.
  • TPU: Ideal for functional seals or grips through rubber-like, extremely flexible properties.
Where are your products manufactured?

Every part is "Made in Germany". We manufacture all models in our own workshop in Darmstadt to maintain full control over print quality, material mixing, and finishing.

How large can the components be printed?

Thanks to our large production volume, we can realize technical prints up to a size of 40 x 40 x 40 cm.

Is post-processing required?

Post-processing effort on our FDM prints is minimal. We professionally remove all support structures, so you can typically use your component directly.

Miscellaneous

Heat Warning (PLA+): Although PLA+ is extremely stiff, it is not suitable for use in hot cars in summer (deformation from approx. 55°C). For such cases, use our ASA or PC.

Food Safety (PETG): Our PETG is in principle food-safe. However, please note that 3D prints have a layered structure with small gaps where bacteria can accumulate. Not dishwasher safe!

Paintability: All FDM parts can be painted excellently with acrylic paints after light priming.

Upload Reference Images

  • Front View: A clear, well-lit photo from the front of the person or object.
  • Side View: A side profile (left or right) to capture shape and proportions.
  • Back View: A photo from the back to ensure a complete 3D model.
  • Tips for Best Results: Use good lighting to avoid shadows. Make sure the subject is centered and fills most of the image. Avoid blurry or low-resolution images. If certain details are important, make sure they are visible.

Data Privacy

We take your privacy seriously and handle your data with care. Images are stored securely and used exclusively to create your 3D model. You have full control to view, modify, or delete your images at any time through the customer portal.

After completing your order, all reference images will be deleted from our customer portal.

The 3D files will be stored securely by us. If you need parts in the future or want improvements.

Other Data:
Personal information (e.g. name, address) is used to process your order and passed on to our trusted shipping partners for international delivery.
All data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
