Safety and manufacturer

Not a toy. Decorative collector's item. Not suitable for children under 14 years, and not intended for play.

Thin and pointed parts — weapons, wings, crowns, fingers — can snap if the piece is dropped, knocked over, or picked up by a detail instead of the base. Broken resin leaves sharp edges and fragments small enough for a child or a pet to choke on. Place the piece where it cannot be pulled down.

Indoor display only. The piece is not weatherproof: rain, frost and damp damage the paintwork and the seal.

Keep away from open flames, candles, heaters and long spells of direct sunlight. Resin softens and discolours under heat, and the finish fades under UV light.

Not food-safe. Do not use it to hold, serve or touch food or drink, and do not put it in the mouth.

Do not sand, cut, drill or otherwise machine the piece. Cured resin is harmless to touch — the dust from working it is not, and must not be inhaled.

Care

Dust with a soft dry brush. No water, no cleaning agents. Keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight so the paintwork holds. Cured resin is solid but not indestructible, and thin raised elements can break under real force.

Dust with a soft dry brush or a dry microfibre cloth. Work from the top down and follow the shape: a brush reaches into folds and undercuts that a cloth only pushes dust into. If dusting is not enough, use a cloth barely damp with water and dry the piece straight after. No cleaning agents, no alcohol, no solvents, no abrasive sponges — they lift the paint and dull the sealed finish. Never soak the piece or hold it under running water. Lift and carry by the base, never by an arm, a weapon or a wing. Keep it out of long direct sunlight so the colours hold, and away from radiators, fireplaces and candles. If something does break, keep the fragment and get in touch before you glue anything. Most breaks can be repaired cleanly — the wrong adhesive leaves a mark that cannot be undone.

This is a ready-made piece, so you have the statutory 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason, counted from the day it reaches you. Return it unused and we refund everything including the original shipping. Full text in the withdrawal policy.

Arrived damaged? Send a photo the same day and it is replaced or refunded. You do not have to argue about it.

Personalised pieces are different.

Figures made from your photo are produced to your specification, so the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply (§ 312g (2) no. 1 BGB). In exchange you approve a 3D preview before anything is printed, and you can cancel free of charge up to that moment.

You receive a 3D digital preview for approval. Only when you are completely satisfied with the likeness do we begin production. The statue is printed in high-precision SLA resin and hand-finished in our studio in Darmstadt, Germany. Available in 15, 20, 25, and 30 cm. Before you order

When will my order arrive?

Statues and shelf figures ordered today arrive by shortly. Custom figures made from a photo take longer, because the model is sculpted and approved before anything is printed.

Are the figures really painted by hand?

Yes. After printing, each piece is washed, cured, primed and painted individually. Two figures of the same sculpt differ slightly, and that is the point.

Can I return a custom figure?

Custom-made items are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal, because they cannot be resold. That is why you approve the 3D model before printing and get three rounds of changes for free.

What are they made of?

Statues are printed in SLA resin for fine detail. Desk figures are printed in multicolor PLA, which is sturdier and cheaper.

Do you ship outside Germany?

Germany today. EU, UK and USA are being switched on shortly, and the shipping rates are already in place.
